Unauthenticated ospfd crash via null VTY context

NULL pointer dereference in FRRouting frr 4.0 through 10.4.1 allows remote attackers to crash ospfd via a crafted OSPF packet. With detailed OSPF packet debugging enabled, show_vty_link_info passes a null VTY context to vty_out while dumping opaque-LSA link data. The debug ospf packet all send/recv detail setting must be enabled, and exploitation crashes the OSPF daemon, interrupting its routing service.
