ospfd crash via unchecked VTY context

NULL pointer dereference in FRRouting FRR 4.0 through 10.4.1 allows remote attackers to crash ospfd with a crafted OSPF packet. When detailed OSPF packet debugging is enabled, show_vty_ext_link_adj_sid passes a NULL VTY context to vty_out while dumping an opaque LSA. The debug ospf packet all send/recv detail setting is required, and exploitation interrupts the OSPF routing process rather than the host.
