Script execution via unsafe Request IP instructions

Cross-site scripting in phpIPAM 1.7.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary script through malicious Request IP instructions. The edit-result.php handler accepts the instructions parameter without neutralizing HTML and script markup before the Request IP form renders it. A victim must view the crafted instructions, after which the script runs in the phpIPAM origin and can read or alter browser-accessible page data.
