SYSTEM code execution via license-directory junction race

Privilege escalation in SevenCs ORCA G2 2.0.1.35 with EC2007 Kernel 5.22 allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The SYSTEM-level regService checks and creates a predictable license directory, then copies binaries without verifying that the path has not become an NTFS reparse point. A standard local user can win the race by replacing the directory with a junction to a user-controlled path after a single UAC confirmation.
