Local file overwrite via unchecked credential symlink

Incorrect file permissions in seffaflik 0.0.9 and earlier allow local users to read secrets and overwrite arbitrary files. The Kimlik initialization path creates ~/.seffaflik with mode 0775 and .kimlik with mode 0777, then writes .kimlik without rejecting symbolic links. A local account on the same host can read stored identity data or redirect the write to corrupt a chosen file, causing application failure.
