Authenticated command execution via Password parameter injection
Published Jun 16, 2025 · Updated Jun 16, 2025
OS command injection in WifiSoft UniBox Controller 20250506 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted password. The /billing/test_accesscodelogin.php endpoint fails to neutralize shell metacharacters in the request-body Password parameter before operating-system command execution. Low-privileged access to the billing interface is required, and successful injection runs commands in the appliance web-service context.
