Browser code execution via unfiltered charge parameter

Reflected XSS in the OpenAtlas network overview before 8.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a user's browser. The /overview/network/ endpoint copies the charge POST parameter into the HTML response without filtering, causing its value to execute directly inside a JavaScript block. Access to the endpoint requires authentication; injected script can read DOM-visible tokens and form data or alter displayed content and application state.
