Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked logo path

Incorrect access control in OpenAtlas 8.12.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read uploaded files through /display_logo. The display_logo route passes an attacker-controlled path directly to send_from_directory for the upload directory without an authorization check. The route is reachable without authentication, and any file beneath the configured upload path can be retrieved when its name is known or guessed.
