Authenticated management-process restart via oversized param
Published Jun 15, 2025 · Updated Jun 16, 2025
Buffer overflow in H3C Mini GR-5400AX V100R009L50 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to restart the Web management process. The /routing/goform/aspForm handler passes an oversized param value to UpdateWanparamsMulti or UpdateIpv6params without enforcing buffer bounds. A valid router password is required; successful exploitation interrupts Web administration for about five seconds while routing remains available.
