Unauthenticated SSRF via unrestricted image URL fetching

SSRF in OpenNext for Cloudflare before 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to proxy arbitrary remote content through /_next/image. The Worker template passes the endpoint's unvalidated url parameter directly to fetch(), without enforcing Next.js remotePatterns. Exploitation requires a reachable deployment without effective edge filtering and enables victim-origin content proxying or requests to internal services.
