Stored XSS in Publii CMS 0.46.5 allows attackers to execute JavaScript in visitors' browsers via configuration fields. Site Description and Footer Follow Buttons accept unsanitized script-bearing values, persist them in the project, and emit them into generated site pages without safe output encoding. Exploitation requires project-editing access and a visitor to open the published static site, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
