CVE-2025-6086Network attack vector

Administrator-only arbitrary file upload via insufficient type validation

Published Jun 18, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in CSV Me 2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to write files to the server. The csv_me_options_page function accepts an uploaded file without adequately validating its type, allowing dangerous file types to be stored. Administrator-level access is required, and code execution depends on the web server interpreting an uploaded file as executable content.
