Unauthenticated RCE via logged JNDI username
Published Oct 24, 2025 · Updated Oct 24, 2025
Remote code execution in Antabot White-Jotter through commit 9bcadcf allows remote attackers to execute commands without authentication. A Shiro path-normalization bypass exposes registration, and Log4j2 evaluates a JNDI-formatted username when onPreHandle logs a denied request. Network access to the API is sufficient; the chain creates a low-privileged account and triggers attacker-controlled code in the server process.
