Authenticated SQL execution via raw export query
Published Nov 20, 2025 · Updated Nov 21, 2025
SQL injection in phpPgAdmin 7.13.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through a crafted export request. In dataexport.php, the data export path URL-decodes the query parameter and passes it directly to the database connection Execute method without sanitization or parameterization. A valid phpPgAdmin session is required, and the SQL runs with the connected PostgreSQL account's permissions, enabling database reads or changes within that account's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
