Code execution via shell-expandable camera filenames

OS command injection in motionEye 0.43.1b4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code through crafted camera settings. The backend writes unsanitized image_file_name or movie_filename values into camera configuration files, and Motion interprets embedded shell syntax after a service restart. Administrative access is required; execution occurs in the motionEye process context and reaches the host only when container privileges or mounts permit it.
