Stored XSS via unsanitized topic titles

Stored XSS in topics.php in PHP Education Manager 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through crafted topic titles. The topics management module stores the Title field from topic creation or updates and later renders the value without neutralizing JavaScript. Topic-management access is required, and a victim must view the stored title, allowing the script to act in that victim's browser context.
