Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded http_host copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A950RG firmware 5.9c.4592_B20191022 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via HTTP. In global.so, getSaveConfig passes the attacker-controlled http_host value from websGetVar to strcpy, which writes it into the fixed-size v13 stack buffer without checking its length. No authentication or user interaction is required; an oversized request corrupts the process stack and enables code execution in the router web interface.
