Local service crash via oversized ARP entries

Stack-based buffer overflow in Linksys RE7000 firmware 2.0.15_211230_1012 allows local users to corrupt the stack and crash makeRequest.cgi. The arplookup function uses sscanf width limits of 16 and 18 bytes when writing ARP fields into 12-byte and 20-byte stack buffers. Exploitation requires local control of /proc/net/arp contents; arbitrary code execution is identified as a possible consequence but has not been demonstrated.
