CVE-2025-60691Public exploit

Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded CGI copy

Published Nov 13, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026

Stack-based buffer overflow in Linksys E1200 v2 firmware 2.0.11.001 allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted HTTP requests. The apply_cgi and block_cgi functions pass the unbounded url CGI parameter to sprintf, which writes into single-byte stack buffers v36 and v29. No authentication is required; a request from an adjacent network can execute arbitrary code or crash the router.
