Unauthenticated memory corruption via unchecked stack copy

Stack buffer overflow in ToToLink LR1200GB and NR1800X firmware allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through an unauthenticated web request. The setDefResponse function in cstecgi.cgi reads the IpAddress parameter and passes it to strcpy, which writes into a fixed-size stack buffer without validating its length. Access to the router web interface is sufficient; an oversized value corrupts process memory, causing information exposure or service interruption.
