Unauthenticated memory corruption via unbounded Help URL

Stack buffer overflow in TOTOLINK LR1200GB and NR1800X router firmware allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via the web interface. The cstecgi.cgi sub_42F32C function passes the unbounded lang value and a derived Help URL to sprintf() calls that write into a 128-byte stack buffer. The request requires network access to the web interface but no authentication or user interaction; the published proof of concept demonstrates the overwrite path but not a complete code-execution chain.
