Stored script execution via unsanitized business-line names

Stored XSS in Xxl-api 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts when another user opens Business Line Management. The Business Line Name field accepts and stores a crafted payload, then the management view renders it without neutralizing executable markup. An attacker must log in and add a business line, and a later visit to the management page runs the code in the viewer's browser context, exposing browser-accessible data and actions.
