CVE-2025-60595Public exploit

Local code execution via XML attribute evaluation

Published Oct 29, 2025 · Updated Oct 29, 2025

Command injection in SPH Engineering UgCS 5.13.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted ArduPilot XML file. The ArduPilot mavparse.py parser passes an XML value attribute directly to Python eval(), causing embedded expressions to run during parsing. Exploitation requires a malicious XML definition to reach the parser, after which injected code runs with the parser's privileges.
