Application crash via stale shared codec-state pointers

Use-after-free in GPAC MP4Box before 26.02.0 allows attackers to crash the application with a crafted MPEG-2 TS file. During HEVC or VVC stream processing, gf_sei_load_from_state_internal reads a heap buffer after the NALU demuxer frees it because shared codec-state pointers remain stale. The file must be processed by MP4Box, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of that processing run.
