Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG event handlers

Stored XSS in XunRuiCMS 4.7.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser through an uploaded SVG file. The Upload.php validation routine blocks explicit script tags but accepts SVG event-handler attributes such as onerror. A victim must view the stored SVG; the script then runs in the site's browser context and can read accessible data or perform actions as that user.
