Authenticated account access via unlimited OTP guesses

Authentication bypass in Nagios Fusion 2024R1.2 and 2024R2 allows remote authenticated users to access accounts by brute-forcing OTPs. The two-factor verification flow accepts unlimited OTP submissions and does not lock the account after repeated failures. A valid username and password must already be available; a correct guessed OTP completes authentication and exposes the targeted account's privileges.
