System crash via empty IOCTL buffer dereference

Null-pointer dereference in Realtek RtkIOAC60.sys 6.0.5600.16348 allows local users to crash Windows via a crafted IOCTL request. The IOCTL_NDISPROT_SET_EVENT dispatch path takes a user-controlled IRP buffer pointer at offset 0x18 and dereferences it without rejecting an empty buffer. Access to the local RTKIOAC60 device is required; submitting the empty buffer crashes the host, with no reported confidentiality or integrity effect.
