Authentication bypass via password-field SQL injection
Published Oct 10, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
SQL injection in code-projects Computer Laboratory System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass administrator login through the password field. The login handler interprets a submitted password such as 'OR 1=1 # as SQL syntax, making the authentication predicate true and commenting out the remainder. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful exploitation returns true_admin and opens an administrator session.
