Vehicle entry via replayed fixed key-fob codes

Capture-replay in KIA-branded aftermarket keyless entry systems with 2022/2023 key fobs allows physically proximate attackers to unlock vehicles. The transmitter reuses one fixed learning code for locking and another for unlocking, so a recorded unlock radio signal remains accepted when retransmitted. An attacker must capture the owner's nearby radio transmission; replay then grants vehicle entry, while the published evidence does not establish engine-start capability.
