CVE-2025-60262Network attack vector

Root control via root-owned anonymous FTP uploads

Published Jan 6, 2026 · Updated Jan 6, 2026

Incorrect permissions in vsftpd on H3C M102G HM1A0V200R010 and BA1500L SWBA1A0V100R006 allow remote attackers to gain root control. The device configuration leaves anonymous FTP uploads owned by root rather than assigning them to an unprivileged account. Anonymous network access to the FTP service is sufficient to upload root-owned files and gain full control of either wireless appliance.
