Subscriber-level arbitrary file deletion via path traversal
Published Oct 22, 2025 · Updated Oct 22, 2025
Path traversal in Promo Theme PT Luxa Addons 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary website files. Patchstack has not published the vulnerable function, request parameter, or exact operation that allows a pathname to escape its intended directory. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and deletion is bounded by the filesystem permissions of the WordPress server process; removing core files can interrupt the site.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
