Stored XSS via unescaped Post Carousel content

Stored XSS in the Post Carousel block in SKT Blocks 2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary scripts. The block renderer stores contributor-supplied content without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping, then emits it into pages. Contributor-level access is required, and the script runs in a visitor's browser when the affected page is viewed, enabling actions in that visitor's session.
