MFA bypass via unnormalized LDAP alias

Authentication bypass in HashiCorp Vault and Vault Enterprise allows remote authenticated users to bypass LDAP login MFA. The LDAP backend authenticates a normalized directory name but creates the entity alias from the whitespace-bearing username supplied at login, producing inconsistent or duplicate alias identities. Exploitation requires username_as_alias, MFA enforcement, and equal common names that differ by leading or trailing spaces, granting the resulting token's authorized access without the added factor.
