Unauthorized file access via arbitrary Spark configuration

Improper input validation in Apache Livy 0.7.0 and 0.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain unauthorized file access. The REST and JDBC request paths accept arbitrary Spark configuration values and fail to restrict a file-access capability introduced in Spark 3.1. Exploitation requires access to either interface, permission to supply arbitrary Spark settings, and a Livy connection to Spark 3.1 or later; the disclosed impact is access to files outside the user's permissions.
