Password aging failure in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows remote authenticated users to log in with expired passwords. The RADIUS client accepts a login after the server rejects the correct password and requires a password change, instead of enforcing that rejection. Exposure requires a configured RADIUS server and a valid but expired password; incorrect passwords remain rejected, bounding the impact to bypass of password-aging policy.
