Privileged command execution via reflected Configuration View XSS
Published Oct 9, 2025 · Updated Oct 9, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Juniper Networks Junos Space before 24.1R4 allows remote attackers to execute commands as another user. The Configuration View page renders attacker-supplied script tags without neutralization, causing a visiting user's browser to run the script in that user's Junos Space session. Exploitation requires a second user to visit the crafted view; resulting commands inherit that user's permissions, including administrator permissions.
