Authenticated privilege escalation via undisclosed privileged API
Published Jul 28, 2025 · Updated Jun 5, 2026
Incorrect use of privileged APIs in BeamSec PhishPro before 7.5.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges. Neither TR-CERT nor BeamSec has published the affected API or the operation that mishandles the caller's existing privileges. A low-privileged account and network access are required; successful abuse grants higher privileges and can expose, alter, or interrupt application data and services.
