Unauthenticated resource modification via unchecked API requests

Improper access control in FlagForgeCTF flagForge 2.0.0 through 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to modify or delete resources. The /api/resources POST and DELETE handlers accept unauthenticated requests without verifying a session or the caller's permissions before changing stored resources. No account or user interaction is required; successful requests can alter platform data or remove resources used by all users.
