SQL injection in Fortinet FortiClient EMS allows remote authenticated users to execute unauthorized SQL through crafted HTTPS requests. EMS fails to neutralize SQL metacharacters from HTTP or HTTPS request data before constructing a database command; Fortinet has not disclosed the affected endpoint or query. At least read-only administrative permission is required, and the bounded consequence is execution of unauthorized SQL against the EMS database.
