Phishing via unsanitized chat identity parameters

HTML injection in NICE Chat allows remote attackers to place arbitrary HTML in emailed chat transcripts through chat identity parameters. NICE Chat inserts unneutralized firstName and lastName values from a chat session into the HTML body of the transcript email. No account is required, but a recipient must view the resulting message; the rendered content supports phishing, impersonation, or credential theft without altering the service itself.
