Unauthenticated administrative access via JavaScript-only redirects

Improper authentication in Code Projects School Fees Payment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access administrative functions. The shared php/checklogin.php guard only emits a JavaScript redirect when credentials are absent, so protected PHP endpoints continue executing. No credentials or user interaction are required to read fee data or submit fee changes directly to datatable.php and fees.php.
