API server crash via nil resource metadata

NULL pointer dereference in Sidero Labs Omni before 1.0.2 and 1.1.0-beta.0 through 1.1.4 allows remote attackers to crash the API server. The isSensitiveSpec function passes a resource with nil Metadata to grpcomni.CreateResource, which dereferences resource.Metadata.Version and panics. No authentication or user interaction is required; an empty create or update API request can interrupt the service and require manual restart without a restart policy.
