Arbitrary file write via unconfined layer paths

Path traversal in OSV-SCALIBR 0.1.3 through 0.1.7 allows local users to write files through untrusted container image layers. The container layer unpacker joins attacker-controlled tar entry paths to its extraction directory and opens the resulting filesystem paths without enforcing that resolution remains beneath that directory. Exploitation requires a user or process to scan an attacker-controlled Linux container image, including through the --remote-image CLI flag; writes run with the OSV-SCALIBR process's host permissions.
