CVE-2025-59809Network attack vector

Authenticated local-service discovery via server-side requests

Published Apr 14, 2026 · Updated Apr 14, 2026

Server-side request forgery in affected Fortinet FortiSOAR deployments allows remote authenticated users to discover local-port services. Fortinet has not published the vulnerable request handler or explained how crafted request data is converted into server-side connections to local ports. A low-privileged authenticated account and network access to FortiSOAR are required; the reported consequence is disclosure of listening services, not reading their response data or changing system state.
