Signature spoofing via runtime OCG visibility changes

Improper signature verification in Foxit PDF Editor and Reader before 2025.2.1 allows attackers to spoof signed PDF content. The signature buffer omits the runtime state of Optional Content Groups, so JavaScript or PDF triggers change their visibility after signing without invalidation. Opening and trusting a crafted signed PDF is required, and the consequence is an integrity mismatch between authenticated bytes and displayed content.
