Cross-tenant data disclosure via challenge ID tampering
Published Sep 22, 2025 · Updated Sep 22, 2025
Authorization bypass in Profession Fit 5.0.99 Build 44910 allows remote authenticated users to read other tenants' challenge data. The /api/challenges/{id} handler accepts a user-controlled numeric identifier without verifying that the requested challenge belongs to the current user or organization. A normal application account and valid session cookie are required by the published proof of concept; the disclosed consequence is cross-user and cross-organization information exposure.
