NTLM hash disclosure via encoded UNC paths

SSRF in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.0 through 2.4.65 on Windows allows remote attackers to disclose NTLM hashes via crafted requests. With AllowEncodedSlashes On and MergeSlashes Off, request-path decoding preserves attacker-controlled separators that Windows resolves as a UNC path. The nondefault directive pair must be enabled, and exploitation makes the server authenticate to an attacker-controlled endpoint, exposing NTLM hashes.
