Heap corruption via rounded DWA block writes

Out-of-bounds write in FFmpeg before 8.0 allows context-dependent attackers to corrupt heap memory via a crafted OpenEXR file. The dwa_uncompress loops copy complete 8-by-8 DWAA or DWAB blocks into td->uncompressed_data even when the remaining width or height is smaller. Processing an image dimension not divisible by eight is required; the resulting overwrite can expose or alter process memory.
