Local memory corruption via exhausted initialization heap

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon HLOS allows local users to alter memory during secure data initialization. Heap exhaustion leaves a null pointer unchecked before the initialization path writes secure data to an invalid memory location. Exploitation requires low local privileges and no user interaction; successful corruption can expose or modify protected data or crash the device.
