Local memory corruption via nonstandard buffer address

Out-of-bounds write in Qualcomm Snapdragon firmware allows local users to corrupt memory through a malformed user address. The Computer Vision component processes an invalid user address with a nonstandard buffer address and writes beyond the intended memory boundary. Exploitation requires existing low-privileged local access and no user interaction; public records do not disclose reliability or behavior beyond memory corruption.
